Yes to all. Waxahachie city park and Square events typically require a parks / Main Street facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the City of Waxahachie as additionally insured. Ellis County Expo activations coordinate with venue staff and require a COI naming the County. Scarborough Faire private-ground bookings coordinate with the Faire’s event team. We handle each COI on our end.
