Unit, blower, stake kit, ground tarp, COI, and a two-person setup-and-teardown crew. Pickup happens the morning after your event unless you have booked a fixed four-hour window. No up-charges for mileage inside the Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Allen core; outside the core we quote the travel fee on the call before the card runs. Attendants are an optional add-on for birthdays of thirty kids and up.
How much space does a bounce house need in my backyard?
A classic 15-by-15 bouncer needs a 20-by-20 level pad with a 36-inch gate for the rolled unit and 12 feet of overhead for the inflated dome. A combo unit like Buccaneer, Smokey the Bear, or Morphy needs a 30-by-35 footprint with 14 feet of overhead for the slide exit. Can I set up a bounce house on concrete, asphalt, or an HOA common green?
Yes on all three. Grass gets the factory stake pattern; concrete, asphalt, and HOA turf get sandbag anchors - every surface is covered in the standard booking. We regularly set up at Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Light Farms, Windsong Ranch, and Phillips Creek Ranch common greens, and we know which Frisco and Plano park pavilions require the sandbag setup and which clear the stake pattern.
What is your wind, rain, and lightning policy for bounce houses?
Sustained winds above 20 mph or any lightning strike within 10 miles closes the unit - industry standard and the line our insurer holds. Light rain does not stop operation, but the slide exit stays wet and the attendant towels between kids. If Saturday morning’s forecast is clearly unsafe, we call before the truck rolls and reschedule with no penalty - DFW spring storms are exactly why we build the clause in up front.
