For weekend events during peak season (March through October), we recommend booking 3-6 weeks out. Do you deliver to Oak Point Park, Arbor Hills, Haggard Park, Bob Woodruff, and other Plano city parks?
Yes. Plano parks require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the City of Plano as additionally insured (minimum limits the city publishes). We handle the COI on our end and guide you through the reservation process with Plano Parks and Recreation.

Can you run a synthetic ice rink at Legacy West, Haggard Park, or a corporate holiday party?
Yes - that’s one of our most-requested Plano setups in November and December. Our rinks are synthetic (not refrigerated), so they run on grass, pavers, or hardscape and work equally well in 30° or 70° weather. They pair especially well with Legacy West plaza activations and corporate holiday buyouts at Plano Centre and Legacy Hall-adjacent venues.
