Right size, right surface
Pop-ups, high-peak poles, or clear-span frames - we match the span to grass, asphalt, or pavers on the call, not on the day.
April line squalls, August afternoons past 100°F, December cold fronts that drop thirty degrees overnight - a tent is the one piece of equipment that turns Texas weather from a planning risk into a backdrop. For nearly two decades we’ve been trailering canvas to Frisco backyards, Prosper estate ceremonies, Legacy West corporate plazas, megachurch family-life-center overflow pads, and HOA clubhouse greens at Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Light Farms, and Windsong Ranch.
Our tent lineup scales from a 10×10 pop-up for a graduation-party cake table up to 40×80 pole tents that cover 300 guests for a corporate gala - with sidewalls, subfloor, dance floors, chandeliers, globe strings, heaters, and pedestal fans on the same trailer. You pick the date. We walk the lot, prep the permit, and install.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - wedding weekends and October corporate dates lock 4-6 months out.
Pop-ups, high-peak poles, or clear-span frames - we match the span to grass, asphalt, or pavers on the call, not on the day.
Flame cert, site plan, anchoring note - we prep Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and Allen filings; you submit them a week out.
Water-barrel kits on asphalt and clubhouse pads, staked on grass - we monitor NOAA DFW on event day and pause above 25-mph gusts.
Two-to-six-person crew raises the canvas, levels the poles, anchors to spec, and strikes after the last guest car pulls out.
Subfloor, dance floors, tables, chairs, heaters, fans, globe strings, chandeliers - one quote, one load-in, one COI.
175,000-BTU indirect heaters keep a December cocktail hour at 68°F. Pedestal fans and misting keep August seated dinners tolerable.
A few moments from real DFW wedding-reception, corporate, and church setups - canvas raised, floors laid, lights strung, every piece delivered and struck by our crew.
Current DFW tent inventory - pick the span that fits your guest count, venue surface, and permit threshold:
Cake table, bar station, DJ booth, or graduation-party check-in - peaked top, velcro sidewalls, under the Dallas permit threshold.
Caterer prep lane, backyard buffet, or double-station registration - still under 400 square feet, so no city filing.
Seats 32 at rounds or 48 theater-style - the estate-ceremony and backyard-shower footprint. Permit required in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen.
Seats 64 at rounds or 100 theater - the most-booked size for Prosper backyard weddings and HOA clubhouse-green receptions.
Seats 150 at rounds - the main tent for Frisco megachurch Easter brunches and Legacy West employee galas.
Seats 300 at rounds or 500 theater - the pad we bring for corporate holiday galas and Prestonwood family-life-center overflow.
Clear-span, no center pole - the pick for corporate plazas, school courtyards, and pool-deck pads where cables cut the span.
Translucent peaked roof - for Prosper estate weddings and downtown gala receptions where the client wants the sky visible overhead.
Full-height vinyl panels - solid for weather pauses and backdrops, cathedral-window for gala elegance without losing the view.
Inventory thins from April through June and October through early November - the 30×60 and 40×80 pole tents go with the first caller on wedding and corporate-gala Saturdays.
The Reception Footprint
This is the package we get asked for every Prosper backyard wedding, Legacy West corporate gala, and Frisco megachurch banquet. A high-peak pole tent raised over a subfloor level grade, chandeliers hung from the center ridge, globe strings woven perimeter-to-perimeter, solid sidewalls with cathedral-window panels tied back, a vinyl dance floor centered, and sixty-inch rounds set for the seated dinner.
What lands inside every reception tent package:
Works on estate lawns, church campuses, corporate plazas, HOA greens, and school fields. Levels over a ten-foot grade differential when the subfloor gets built out. Looks like a ballroom by dusk.
The tent is the shell. Sidewalls, floor, and anchoring are what make it actually work in a DFW April or December:
Full-height vinyl panels on velcro tracks - solid for rain pauses and wind breaks, cathedral-window for gala elegance and a connected-to-outside feel.
Modular subfloor panels level over grass and dirt; astroturf, carpet, or vinyl dance-floor tops sit on top - clean, flat, and safe in heels.
300-pound barrels on every tent leg - rated to 40-mph sustained on asphalt, concrete, HOA pads, and pool decks where staking is off the table.
Ivory ceiling liners hide the poles and straps - the wedding-photographer preference. Draped legs and swag at entry for a finished gala look.
Every tent ships with the anchoring kit matched to the surface on the site walk - nothing resolved with bricks and good intentions on the day.
Canvas is cover. Inside temperature is a separate problem. For DFW dates we package:
We scale from a backyard shower with one heater to a corporate gala with two spot-coolers, four fans, and a ducted-heat array under a 40×80.
Level Over Grass, Gravel, or Grade
A tent on grass is a tent on a lumpy, sloped, sometimes-muddy pad. Our modular subfloor systems level the grade in two-foot panels, and the top surface picks your event’s look - astroturf for a clean green, carpet runners for wedding aisles, or parquet-finish vinyl dance floors centered under the main pole.
Subfloor levels up to 10ft grade Astroturf or carpet top layer Vinyl parquet dance floors Aisle runners for ceremonies Safe in heels, ADA-accessible Installs in half a day
For Prosper backyard weddings on sloped lawns, Frisco megachurch campus events on uneven pads, and corporate plaza galas on pavers, subfloor is usually the difference between a tent that photographs like a ballroom and a tent that feels like a picnic.
Jumper Bee isn’t just canvas - we deliver everything that goes underneath it. For tent events we package:
Crystal, rustic-iron, or edison-cage chandeliers hung from the ridge - the wedding-reception signature shot.
Edison-bulb strings pole-to-pole on the perimeter and ridge - the photo-ready dusk look.
LED fixtures at each pole base, dimmable and color-matched to the wedding or brand palette.
60-inch rounds for seated dinners, six-foot rectangles for buffet and head-table runs - linen in your color on top.
Natural, white, mahogany, and gold chiavaris for receptions; white or black folding for corporate and community events.
Eight-foot skirted buffet lines, bar-height cocktail tables, and back-of-house prep tables for the caterer.
Modular stage decks 6-inch, 12-inch, or 24-inch high - for bands, DJ booths, head tables, and ceremony platforms.
14-foot inflatable arch or fabric-drape entry with custom couple, brand, or church logo print.
If you can picture it under a 30×60 at a Hallmark-movie wedding, we can probably land it on a trailer.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Quick math: seated rounds need 12 sq ft per guest, theater-style ceremony needs 8, cocktail-standing needs 6. A 20×40 seats 64 at rounds or 100 in theater chairs. A 30×60 seats 150 at rounds. A 40×80 seats 300 at rounds and is the footprint we bring for Legacy West corporate galas and Prestonwood family-life-center overflow.
Saturday wedding weekends from April through June and October through early November lock 4-6 months ahead - our 30×60 and 40×80 pole tents are the first pieces to disappear on the calendar. Corporate holiday galas in December book by September. Tuesday-through-Thursday dates and July-August weekends usually have more runway, sometimes inside two weeks.
Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and Prosper all require a tent permit above 400 square feet - every frame or pole tent we install. We prep the site plan, flame-retardancy certificate, and anchoring plan; you file it with the city fire marshal a week out. Backyards under HOA jurisdiction (Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Windsong Ranch, Light Farms) may also need a clubhouse reservation.
Yes. Every frame tent and smaller pole ships with a water-barrel ballast kit - 300-pound barrels on every leg, rated to 40-mph sustained wind on church parking lots, HOA clubhouse pads, corporate plazas, and downtown pavers at McKinney Chestnut Square. The 30×60 and 40×80 pole tents require stakes and work on grass venues like Arbor Hills and school fields.
Frame and pole tents are rated to 40-mph sustained when ballasted. We add sidewalls for rain and January cold fronts, 175,000-BTU indirect heaters for December and February, and 48-inch pedestal fans plus misting lines for June-August afternoons. We monitor NOAA DFW on event day and pause setup above 25-mph gusts.
Every quote lands as a single line. Subfloor for soggy grass, astroturf for a clean look, vinyl dance-floor panels for receptions, edison-bulb globe strings on the ridge, perimeter LED under the eaves, chandeliers for weddings, heaters or fans depending on the season - packaged, delivered, installed, and struck by one crew.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - wedding-weekend 30×60s and 40×80s lock 4-6 months out, and the first Saturday caller books them.
