How far in advance should I book a bounce house or party rental in The Colony?
For weekend events during peak season (March through October), we recommend booking 3-6 weeks out. Popular weekends - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Parade weekend, Grandscape holiday activations, and LISD graduation - often book out 6-10 weeks in advance. Do you deliver to Grandscape, Austin Ranch, Stewart Creek, and other The Colony venues?
Yes. Grandscape and Austin Ranch activations coordinate through property management and typically require higher COI limits plus specific access scheduling. City park events (Bill Allen, Stewart Creek, Stewart Peninsula) require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the City of The Colony as additionally insured. We handle the COIs on our end and guide you through each process.
Can you set up at The Tribute, Legacy, Stewart Peninsula, and other The Colony HOAs?
Regularly. The Colony’s master-planned and lakefront HOAs all work with us on HOA events - Tribute and Legacy fun days, Stewart Peninsula shoreline events, Indian Creek block parties, and Austin Ranch resident activations. Most require a COI naming the HOA/management company - we pre-file those so your board isn’t chasing paperwork.
