Regularly. Windsong Ranch (Crystal Lagoon and amenity center), Star Trail, Whitley Place, Gentle Creek, and Lakewood all work with us on HOA events, private birthdays, and community fun days. These HOAs typically require a COI with specific limits naming the HOA/management company - we pre-file those so your board or amenity coordinator isn’t chasing paperwork.
Do you deliver to Frontier Park, Town Hall Downtown, and other Prosper parks?
Yes. Prosper park events typically require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Prosper as additionally insured. Yes - Prosper is one of our most consistent ice-rink markets in November and December. Our rinks are synthetic (not refrigerated), so they run on grass, pavers, or hardscape and work equally well in 30° or 70° weather.
