Floor plans before load-in
Send us the venue or a photo - we size rounds, banquets, and cocktail clusters to your headcount and aisle widths before the trailer leaves.
The part guests never talk about when the night goes right, and the first thing they notice when it goes wrong. For nearly two decades, Jumper Bee has laid banquet rounds for 400-seat wedding receptions at Stonebriar Country Club, dropped cocktail clusters into Legacy Hall atriums, and staged king’s-table runs for Cotton Mill rehearsal dinners across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
From one 8-foot banquet for a backyard graduation to 40 matched 60-inch rounds for a Gleneagles gala, every table is commercial-grade, leveled on arrival, dressed in linens cut to the right drop, and cleared the moment the dance floor opens. You mark the venue. The crew builds the room. The guests find their seats.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - April, May, October, and early November Saturdays lock six to eight weeks out.
Send us the venue or a photo - we size rounds, banquets, and cocktail clusters to your headcount and aisle widths before the trailer leaves.
Every table is trade-show rated, spot-checked between bookings, and covered by our $5M umbrella for venues that require a COI in advance.
Crew levels each leg on the actual surface, dresses the linen, and clears the stack after the last guest leaves.
Poly, spun-poly, satin, velvet, sequin, pintuck, crushed shimmer - deep stock in ivory, blush, sage, navy, burgundy, and custom PMS.
Load-in lands before florist and AV, strike happens the moment the music cuts - we build buffer so a late florist never cascades.
Tables, chairs, dance floor, tents, heaters, AV, DJ, inflatables, and entertainment - booked through one phone number.
Current DFW table inventory - mix shapes and heights by event type, crowd flow, and floor-plan math.
Long-feast seating, buffets, gift stations, DJ, card, and cake tables. Pair with 120×60 or 90×132 linens for a full break.
Seats eight comfortably, ten tight - the DFW wedding-dinner standard. Pair with 120-inch round linen for a floor-length drop.
Seats ten to twelve - used for mixed-family reunions, megachurch banquets, and corporate holiday parties needing fewer centerpieces.
Seats six - intimate rehearsal dinners, showers, and kids’ side rooms. Also common for gift-and-guest-book vignettes.
Cocktail hour mingling, standing food stations, and VIP corners. Ship with spandex fitted covers or poly-topper and sash.
Solid-walnut and whitewashed show-wood. Head tables, rehearsal dinners, and styled receptions - no linen required.
Two-seat farmhouse or skirted rectangles for the bride and groom at the end of a king’s run. Styled to match the head table.
Dedicated stations - skirted round for cake, small rectangle for gifts, skirted high-boy for the seating chart and guest book.
Seats six to eight at a 22-inch height - craft stations, birthday seating, and ring-bearer rest stops at weddings.
Inventory rotates seasonally - call before peak-month Saturdays if you need a specific shape or finish locked in.
The Centerpiece
This is the setup DFW planners reuse every Saturday in peak season. A two-seat farmhouse sweetheart at the end of an eighteen-foot king’s run for the bridal party, with 40 sixty-inch rounds fanning out for guest dinners and a cluster of cabaret high-tops staged in the cocktail atrium before the ceremony clears.
Every wedding package includes:
Works at Stonebriar Country Club, Gleneagles, Cotton Mill, The Nasher, Arlington Hall, Hickory Street Annex, Union Station Dallas, and the Hall Park ballrooms. The crew lands four hours before ceremony, strikes after the grand exit, and leaves no trace by Sunday morning.
Every table ships bare or dressed - you choose the texture, drop, and color. Current linen and settings inventory:
Workhorse wrinkle-resistant finish in the full color run - ivory, white, black, navy, burgundy, hunter, blush, sage.
Glossy satin and crushed-shimmer overlays that lift a poly base - the HOA-gala and corporate-holiday standard.
Velvet in jewel tones, pintuck in ivory and champagne. Ten-business-day lead for custom PMS matches.
Rose-gold, gold, silver, and black sequin - head-table and sweetheart-only runs, weighed for wind on patios.
Gold, silver, glass beaded, and acrylic chargers; china, flatware sets, and stemware pre-polished and rack-dressed.
Color-matched napkins in poly, spun-poly, satin - folded pocket, fan, rose, or flat with a menu card pre-slotted.
Solid, sequin, and burlap runners; votive and taper bases; mirror and acrylic risers for floral.
Price by shape, linen texture, and charger tier - transparent quote, no hidden delivery fees inside our standard DFW radius.
Every linen rental ships pressed, racked, and change-of-mind-tolerant up to 72 hours before load-in.
Tables are the first thing that needs to be right and the last thing to break down. The crew’s setup flow for a DFW wedding or gala:
One crew lead owns the room from load-in to strike - you never get handed to a different phone number between ceremony and reception.
Texas Weather, Tented Right
Texas sun bleaches walnut finishes inside one afternoon. Gusts across a Frisco backyard lift an ungrounded linen at the cocktail-hour mark. Every outdoor table order at Jumper Bee ships with weighted legs, commercial anchor plates, and a backup-tent plan on file with the event coordinator.
Weighted Leg Kits Commercial Anchors 120-Inch Drop Linens Tented Cover Plan Heater & Fan Bundles Storm Re-Route
Our install lead reads the seven-day forecast the Monday before every Saturday event. If a front is rolling in, we stage tented cover before linens land - so the ivory pintuck never meets a surprise June cloudburst in Allen.
Jumper Bee stocks the full room - not just the tables. For DFW table bookings we add:
Chiavari (gold, silver, rose-gold, clear), Crossback farmhouse, white resin folding, and padded banquet - matched to your table run.
Pole, frame, sailcloth, and sperry tents from 20×20 pop-ups to 60×120 wedding reception frames with cathedral lighting.
Patio heaters, tent-column heaters, and misting fan walls for December rehearsal dinners and August ceremonies.
Parquet, white, black, and LED-pixel floors; 4-, 6-, and 8-inch risers for head tables, bands, and cake reveals.
Wireless battery uplights color-matched to your palette; pipe-and-drape room divides in ivory, black, and sheer sequin.
Mahogany, rustic, and lit-acrylic bars; coffee-and-dessert stations; signature-cocktail menu boards and beverage tubs.
Lit DJ facades, 8×16 and 12×16 band risers, monogram gobos, and wireless-mic packages for toasts.
Welcome signs, seating charts on mirror and acrylic, table numbers, monograms, and florally-stageable ceremony arches.
One quote, one COI, one delivery - the weekend-of coordination is on us.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
For seated dinners, plan one 60-inch round for every eight guests or one 72-inch round for every ten. Long-feast configurations use one 8-foot banquet per eight seated chest-to-chest with a linen overhang, or one per six on a cross-over layout. Cocktail receptions ride on one high-top cabaret per six to eight guests plus a quarter of the headcount seated at low rounds. Send us the floor plan or the venue name and we’ll size the order to match.
Wedding Saturdays in April, May, October, and early November lock six to eight weeks out - 60-inch rounds, farmhouse kings, and ivory linen in the 120-inch drop are the first to run dry. Corporate quarter-end galas and holiday parties book three to five weeks ahead. Smaller graduation, shower, and backyard events can often drop in a week out. Rush and same-week orders happen when the trailer has stock - call and we’ll check.
Yes - every table order lands with a crew that levels each leg on the actual venue surface (grass, concrete, ballroom carpet, pool deck), sets linens to your pre-approved drop, and stacks back to the trailer after the last guest clears. For weddings and corporate receptions we coordinate load-in with the venue’s timeline so setups land before floral and AV, and strike happens after the DJ cuts the music. Ask about our post-midnight strike window for Legacy Hall and The Star events.
Every table comes with optional linens in poly, spun-poly, satin, and specialty textures (velvet, sequin, pintuck, crushed shimmer) across a deep color run - ivory, blush, sage, navy, burgundy, hunter, black, and custom-ordered PMS matches with a ten-business-day lead. Pair with satin or sequin overlays, runner swaps, napkins in matching fold styles, chargers (gold/silver/glass/acrylic), and votive or taper centerpieces. One quote, one delivery, one invoice.
Banquets are the 8-foot and 6-foot rectangles - long-feast seating, buffet lines, gift stations, and DJ/cake/card tables. Rounds (48, 60, 72 inches) are the wedding-dinner standard. Cabarets are 36-inch high-tops for cocktail-hour mingling. Farmhouse tables are solid-wood feasting kings - no linen needed, show-wood finishes, used for head-tables and styled rehearsal dinners. Sweetheart tables are two-seaters for the bride and groom at the end of a king’s run.
Banquets and rounds take the heat fine - we upgrade to weighted legs and commercial anchor plates for exposed patios and lawn sites, and pull linens in the 120-inch drop to guard against wind lift. Farmhouse tables ship under tented cover for any outdoor reception; Texas sun will bleach a walnut finish inside a single afternoon. For pop-up storm risk we keep a tented backup plan on file so the crew can re-route setups fast. No event surprise should be a wet tablecloth.
