Turnkey booth packages
Every booth ships with prizes, tokens, themed signage, and a trained attendant - you do not staff a concession window.
Carnival games are the pulse of a DFW festival - the ping of the high-striker bell, the line at the ring toss, the kid walking off with a plush snake three times their size. For nearly two decades we’ve been building midways for Frisco ISD fall festivals, Prestonwood and Stonebriar fall fests, Windsong Ranch and Twin Creeks block parties, Legacy West and Hall Park corporate picnics, and backyard birthdays in every ZIP from 75024 to 75454.
Every booth lands with prizes already loaded, a token pack sized to your headcount, themed signage, and a trained attendant. You pick your games. We stage them, run them, restock them, and tear them down. You work the crowd - or in the HOA-president case, finally sit in the shade and eat a funnel cake.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - fall festival weekends lock by early September, and prize-heavy midways go first.
Every booth ships with prizes, tokens, themed signage, and a trained attendant - you do not staff a concession window.
Prize packs are tiered for age mix and priced into the quote. Mid-event restock totes available on the trailer.
Ring toss and milk-can for the traditionalists, IPS light-up towers and arcade cabinets for the teens and corporate competitors.
One attendant per two classic booths, one per IPS cluster. Upgrade to per-booth staffing for fall-festival volume.
Carnival games, bounce row, trackless train, prizes, concessions, signage - one call, one COI, one invoice.
Backyard birthdays book a 3-hour booth cluster. HOA and ISD festivals run 6 to 10 hours with the same crew.
A few moments from real DFW midway setups - booths, prize walls, and every piece delivered, staged, and operated by our crew.
Current DFW carnival game inventory - mix classic booths with light-up interactives and giant yard games to match your crowd.
Ring toss, high-striker, milk-can toss, Down-a-Clown, bottles-up, fishbowl toss - the red-and-yellow striped midway staple.
Life-size Connect Four, four-foot Jenga, corn-hole, horseshoes, ladder golf, giant tic-tac-toe - freestanding, no attendant needed.
Boom Blaster, Whip-n-Skip, Flap Attack, Rattlesnake Roundup, Streetskee - LED reaction games that hold teens for 20 minutes.
Snake Pit, King of the Hill, Ripsaw Runner, Can-It, Hoop-it - larger inflatable arenas for festival-scale crowds.
Coin-free Skee-Ball, air hockey, pinball, and basketball shoot-out cabinets for corporate happy hours and Sweet 16s.
9- and 18-hole themed portable courses from 400 to 1,200 square feet - works indoor or out, flat grass or pavement.
Soft-mallet low-force striker for preschoolers. The toddler-safe counterpart to the adult high-striker.
Sack races, egg-on-a-spoon, tug-of-war rope, pony-hop races - church picnic and school field-day staples.
6, 8, 12, or 18-booth bundles priced below single-booth rates. Prizes, tokens, signage, and attendants rolled in.
Inventory rotates weekly through fall-festival season - if your date is locked, call before Friday and Saturday slots fill.
The Centerpiece
This is the setup that turns a parking-lot fall festival into the event the PTA brings back every year. Eight to eighteen booths laid out in a U or horseshoe, a prize wall anchoring the midway, a ticket/token booth at the entrance, themed signage headers, pennant bunting strung overhead, and an attendant crew that keeps every line moving.
Every midway package includes:
Works on HOA amenity-center lots, school field pads, Legacy West greenspace, Hall Park plazas, church parish halls, and a surprisingly wide range of cul-de-sacs. The midway lands first in load-in order so signage and bunting go up before the first guest arrives.
Red-and-yellow stripes, prize bins loaded, attendant at the ready. These are the booths that repeat on every quote:
The midway anchor. Toss rings onto a bottle pyramid. Ships with 200+ rings and a weighted base.
Swing the mallet, ring the bell. Eight feet tall, calibrated for both dad-bods and eighth-graders.
Bean-bag, three cans, three tries. The no-miss first-booth for anxious six-year-olds.
Four clown heads on spring-loaded arms - knock them flat with softballs. The crowd favorite.
Stand the bottle on the table with a ring on a string. Deceptively hard, which is why adults play three times.
Ping-pong balls into bowls. No live fish - prize redemption booth pairs with it.
Bean-bag toss onto a giant floor mat. Two-player head-to-head, fast rotation.
Classic yard setups for the church-picnic demographic. Freestanding, no attendant required.
Every classic booth is 10×10 or smaller and runs off a standard 110v outlet (or fully off-grid for park bookings).
The booths bring the crowd. The prizes and the crew make it run. Every carnival game booking ships with:
Call the shots - we scale from a two-booth backyard birthday up to an 18-booth HOA fall fest with a full prize wall.
The Light-Up Arena
The IPS cluster is the teen draw. LED-lit towers with reaction pads, Whip-n-Skip and Boom Blaster for head-to-head rounds, Streetskee for the Skee-Ball fans, and a coin-free arcade bank (pinball, air hockey, basketball shoot-out) for corporate happy hours.
Boom Blaster Whip-n-Skip Flap Attack Rattlesnake Roundup Streetskee Pinball & Air Hockey
Pair the IPS cluster with a leaderboard and a photo backdrop and you have the posted-to-Instagram moment of the night. The arena lands with an attendant running the leaderboard and calling rounds on a mic.
Jumper Bee is not just the booths - we do the full fair. For carnival midways we add:
Tiered shelving with plush, novelty, and grand-prize reveals that anchor the redemption booth.
Branded wristband, paper-ticket, or token sales station staffed by an attendant.
Overhead string lighting and red-and-yellow pennants that make the midway read as a fair.
Funnel-cake, Ferris-wheel, and vintage-fair backdrops for the posted-to-social photos.
Self-serve or attendant-run carts. Snow-cone and sno-ball carts available on the same trailer.
Full concession carts with propane-safe setup - pair with permit paperwork on request.
A roaming MC calling winners and cueing rotations at larger midways.
Plus 10×10 pop-ups, weighted legs, and string-lighting rigs for evening events.
If you can picture it on a state-fair midway, we can probably deliver it on a trailer.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Every booth ships with a prize and token pack sized to your headcount - roughly two prizes per guest for kid-skewed events and one premium-plus-one-filler for mixed ages. The attendant re-seeds the booth between rotations. If you sold extra tickets at the gate, call us Friday and we’ll stage a restock tote on the trailer so nothing runs dry by 3pm.
Single booths run on a flat half-day or full-day rate with a three-hour minimum. Our midway packages (6, 8, 12, and 18-booth bundles) price lower per booth and roll prizes, tokens, signage, and attendants into one line. Call for a written quote - Frisco ISD fall-festival pricing, Legacy West corporate picnic pricing, and HOA block-party pricing all look different.
Classic booths and giant yard games run fine in heat - we pre-stage shade tents and rotate attendants. Sustained winds above 20 mph mean we anchor bunting and pennant banners with concrete weights. Lightning within 10 miles pauses outdoor play and we resume 30 minutes after the last strike. Indoor setups at Prestonwood, Stonebriar, and Frisco ISD multipurpose rooms run regardless.
Yes. Our vinyl wrap program prints booth headers with your logo, mascot, team colors, or “Welcome to Windsong Ranch Fall Fest” headline. Lead time is 10 business days on wrap, 48 hours on a chalkboard-sign upgrade. We also swap prize buckets to a school-color scheme on request.
Standard ratio is one trained attendant per two classic carnival booths, one per giant yard-game cluster, and one per IPS or arcade cluster. High-volume fall festivals and corporate picnics upgrade to one-per-booth. Tipping is not expected - gratuity is baked into the rate - but crews never turn down a thank-you tip jar.
Games ship solo. Plenty of backyard birthdays, school classroom parties, and church small-group events rent 2-4 booths with nothing else. For midways larger than 8 booths we recommend adding a bounce house row, a trackless train, or a snow-cone cart - the flow improves - but it is never required.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - fall-festival Saturdays lock by early September, and prize-heavy midways go first.
