Sized to the room, not the trailer
All 4×8 modular panels - we combine them to the headcount and footprint on the site walk, not to what fits on one truck.
Brides walking a ceremony aisle, CEOs taking the mic at a Legacy West town hall, praise bands loading in at Prestonwood or Stonebriar on a Wednesday night, Prosper ISD seniors crossing for a diploma, HOA cover bands playing Twin Creeks clubhouse greens on a Saturday in May - every one of those events turns on a platform raised above the audience, leveled, skirted, and lit. For nearly two decades we’ve been trailering decks into DFW backyards, campuses, ballrooms, and megachurch sanctuaries to build that platform.
Our stage lineup scales from an 8×8 head-table riser through 24×32 concert decks, all built from the same 4×8 modular panels so we can size to the room, the permit, and the band on the phone instead of on the day. ADA ramps, stair units, pipe-and-drape, podium and lectern, stage-wash LEDs, and powered mains land on the same truck. You pick the date. We walk the venue, confirm heights, and install.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - wedding weekends and graduation week lock 3-5 months out.
All 4×8 modular panels - we combine them to the headcount and footprint on the site walk, not to what fits on one truck.
16-, 24-, 32-, and 48-inch leg sets ship on every job - we match sightlines to the seated audience without a second dispatch.
Every stage ships with a compliant 1:12-slope ramp option - school graduations, church platforms, and corporate town halls clear accessibility on the plan.
Two-to-four-person crew raises the deck, shims the legs, skirts the perimeter, tapes every edge, and strikes before the venue clock runs out.
Pipe-and-drape, podium, lectern, mains, monitors, mics, stage-wash LEDs, confidence monitor - one quote, one load-in, one COI.
We email the site plan, load-in window, power draw, and strike schedule a week out - so the planner, AV lead, and venue ops team all share one document.
A few moments from real DFW wedding-ceremony, corporate-program, and megachurch setups - decks leveled, drape hung, mics tuned, every piece delivered and struck by our crew.
Current DFW stage inventory - pick the footprint that fits your program, sightlines, and venue surface:
Single deck panel at 8-, 16-, or 24-inch height - the head-table, cake, or DJ-booth platform tucked against a ballroom wall.
Two panels for a single-speaker pulpit, ceremony officiant, or acoustic duo - small room, small footprint, full presence.
Six panels for a four-chair corporate panel, a school talent-show cast, or a trio band - the most-booked size in Collin County.
The four-piece-with-drum-kit footprint - HOA outdoor concerts at Twin Creeks, Windsong Ranch community nights, and restaurant patio openings.
Six-to-eight-piece praise-band riser - Prestonwood midweek, Stonebriar student gatherings, and Gateway campus overflow events.
Procession-width platform with dual side stairs - Prosper ISD, Frisco ISD, and Allen ISD commencement decks with chair row upstage.
Festival footprint for downtown McKinney Chestnut Square, Legacy West plaza summer series, and Arts District block events.
Three-step tiered risers in 4- or 6-foot units - seats 24 to 72 singers for megachurch Christmas and Easter programs, school choirs, and civic holiday events.
4-foot-wide T- or straight-runway extensions off a main stage - for fundraiser fashion shows, charity galas, and retail grand openings at Legacy West.
Inventory thins from late April through early June and through graduation week - 20×32 graduation and 16×24 band stages go with the first caller on wedding and commencement Saturdays.
The Program Footprint
This is the package corporate ops teams, worship directors, and school principals reach for. A skirted modular platform centered on the long wall, 24- or 32-inch decking to clear seated-audience sightlines, stair units on both wings, a 1:12-slope ADA ramp at stage left, pipe-and-drape black velour across the back wall, podium downstage-right, lectern with gooseneck mic, confidence monitor tucked at the foot, stage-wash LED pars on a front truss.
What lands inside every main-room stage package:
Works on ballroom carpet, megachurch platforms, school cafetoriums, and outdoor pavilion pads. Levels across a six-inch grade on grass; non-marking on parquet and hardwood. Reads like a theater house by house-open.
The deck is the platform. Stairs, ramps, and rails are what make it safe, compliant, and easy to walk on under program lights:
Three-, four-, and five-step units matched to 16-, 24-, 32-, and 48-inch deck heights - non-slip treads, handrails on both sides, lit edges for house-to-half transitions.
1:12-slope ramps with non-slip surface and handrails - mandatory on school graduation stages, corporate town halls, and megachurch platforms; sized to match every deck height we ship.
Black, ivory, or white velour skirting on velcro tracks - clean hem at deck height, plus valance strip to hide the deck lip where the program wants a finished line.
Upstage rails on taller concert decks, and chair-stop lips on choir risers - zero-fall edge protection specced to the venue’s life-safety plan and the school or church insurance requirement.
Every stage ships with the stair-and-ramp set matched to the venue audience plan on the site walk - nothing resolved with a milk crate and hope on the day.
Decks are the platform. Audio, light, and a clean backdrop are what make a program read. For DFW events we package:
We scale from a solo-speaker kit with one mic and a single par can up to a full festival-stage rig with a follow-spot and ten-channel wireless mesh.
Level Across Grass, Carpet, or Concrete
Most DFW programs don’t end on the deck - the speaker steps off, the band finishes the set, the couple exits toward a first dance, and the audience pours onto the next surface. Our stage packages integrate with dance-floor panels, ADA ramps, and red-carpet runways so the whole floor plan reads as one installation instead of a platform dropped in a room.
Parquet & black vinyl dance floors Red-carpet aisle runways ADA ramps at every height Stair units on both wings Non-marking on hardwood Installs in a half-day window
For Prosper estate weddings, Frisco megachurch program nights, and corporate galas at Legacy West and Hall Park, integrated stage-and-floor is usually the difference between a platform that reads as event-rental and a platform that reads as theater-grade.
Jumper Bee isn’t just decking - we deliver everything that lives on top of it. For stage events we package:
Plexi, mahogany, or wrapped-fabric podiums with gooseneck mic mounts - the corporate town-hall and graduation standard.
Single-operator follow-spot with a dedicated tech - cued to the run-of-show for fashion shows and fundraiser galas.
Front-truss or floor-uplight color wash, DMX-dimmable - programmed to the wedding, brand, or worship palette.
Black velour, ivory, or custom color walls 8-to-16-feet tall - the clean backdrop behind the stage and wings.
12- or 15-inch mains, 12-inch wedge monitors, and a run-of-show-tuned channel mix - operated by our AV tech.
Quad-boxes, cable ramps, and towable 20kW generators when the venue lacks a 220v drop at the stage footprint.
Three-step and four-step risers in 4- and 6-foot units - seats 24 to 72 singers with chair-stop lips and side rails.
25-foot red carpet aisles with weighted stanchions - the VIP entry standard for galas and grand openings.
If you can picture it on a TED-stage or Sunday-morning platform shot, we can probably land it on a trailer.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Rule of thumb: a solo speaker or officiant needs 8×8. A four-piece band with a drum kit needs 16×16. A six-to-eight-piece praise band with in-ear monitors needs 20×24. A corporate panel with four chairs and a moderator table needs 16×24. A graduation-procession platform for Prosper ISD or Frisco ISD tops out at 20×32 with side stairs for both wings.
16-inch decks clear sightlines for seated audiences up to about 150. 24-inch is the go-to for corporate town halls and megachurch Wednesday-night gatherings of 300 to 800. 32- to 48-inch is what we bring for Prestonwood and Gateway main-sanctuary overflow events and outdoor HOA concerts at Twin Creeks and Starcreek where the back row is on a lawn.
Every quote lands as one line. Powered mains and monitors, wireless handheld and lav mics, stage-wash LED pars, pipe-and-drape black or ivory backdrops, podium and lectern, confidence monitor for the speaker - packaged, tuned, operated, and struck by the same crew that raised the decks.
Yes on all four. Adjustable legs level each four-by-eight panel across a six-inch grade swing on grass at Arbor Hills or Light Farms. Rubber foot pads protect ballroom parquet at Hall Park and Legacy West. On church carpet we use non-marking gliders; on asphalt and pavers at McKinney Chestnut Square we ballast the back legs. Staging inside an existing megachurch riser gets shimmed flush to the house deck.
Saturday wedding weekends from April through June and October through early November lock 3-5 months ahead. Corporate town halls and employee-appreciation weeks at Legacy West, The Star, and Hall Office Park book 6-10 weeks out. Graduation weekends for Prosper ISD, Frisco ISD, and Allen ISD pull inventory tight in late May - reserve by early April to guarantee a 20×32 with matching ADA ramp.
Outdoor decks get ballasted, skirted, and (where needed) paired with a bandshell canopy or 30×30 peak tent overhead for rain. We monitor NOAA DFW on event day and pause setup above 25-mph sustained. In June-through-August heat we add pedestal fans upstage and shade drape over the performer zone so musicians and speakers aren’t cooking on dark decking.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - graduation week and wedding-weekend 20×32s and 16×24s lock 3-5 months out, and the first Saturday caller books them.
