Yes. Independence Park events typically require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Trophy Club as additionally insured. Country Club events coordinate through the Club’s events team with a COI naming the Country Club. Trophy Club Park is a Lake Grapevine USACE park - USACE requires a special-use permit and vendor insurance for commercial inflatables there. We handle each COI and guide you through the permit process.

Can you run a synthetic ice rink for a Country Club holiday buyout or Trophy Club estate open house?
Yes - Trophy Club is one of our most consistent ice-rink markets in November and December. Our rinks are synthetic (not refrigerated), so they run on grass, pavers, or hardscape and work equally well in 30° or 70° weather. They pair especially well with Country Club holiday programs and estate open-house events.
