Do you deliver to Valley Ridge Park, Crawford Park, and Cedar Hill State Park?
Yes to all three. City park events typically require a permit from Cedar Hill Parks & Recreation and a certificate of insurance listing the City as additionally insured - we handle the COI and can guide the permit application. Cedar Hill State Park group sites (administered by Texas Parks & Wildlife) require a separate reservation and a vendor approval; we’ve worked with their office before and can coordinate with your group site host.

Fair point - the Escarpment runs right through town and a lot of Lake Ridge and Highpoint lots have noticeable grade. We always site-survey on arrival: inflatables need a reasonably level footprint, but we can work with minor grade using pads and anchoring adjustments. For steeper backyards we’ll usually recommend moving the setup to a flatter side yard, driveway, or street-adjacent footprint, or switching venues to a nearby park. Send us a phone photo of the intended spot when you book and we’ll flag any concerns up front.
Do you set up on concrete, asphalt, or indoor flooring?
Yes. Many Cedar Hill venues - Uptown Village activations, Hillside Village tenant days, school gyms, and church fellowship halls - don’t offer stakeable grass. We carry weighted anchoring systems specifically for non-stakeable surfaces and set up on hardscape or indoor flooring without risk to the surface.
