Do you deliver to Grapevine, or is this mostly a Dallas-side service?

How far in advance should I book a bounce house or party rental in Grapevine?
For weekend events during peak season (March through October), book 3-6 weeks out. Big Grapevine weekends - Main Street Days, GrapeFest in September, Christmas Capital of Texas programming from mid-November into December, July 4th, and Mustang homecoming - book 6-12 weeks out. Weekday and off-peak events can often be accommodated with 7-14 days’ notice. Same-week availability happens; call us and we’ll tell you honestly.
Can you set up on Historic Main Street Grapevine or at a Main Street event?
Yes. Main Street events are coordinated through the City of Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau and Main Street programming and typically require a COI listing the City as additionally insured. Main Street Days, GrapeFest, and the Christmas Parade each have their own vendor-check-in and setup windows. We handle the COI on our end and walk you through the process.
We’re running a Gaylord Texan or Great Wolf Lodge program - can you work through resort event services?
Regularly. Both Gaylord Texan and Great Wolf Lodge have on-site event services and vendor-check-in processes that require a COI naming the property as additionally insured. We carry standing resort-grade coverage and coordinate directly with your hotel event planner on load-in, setup, and teardown.
How much does a bounce house rental in Grapevine cost?
