Arlington Parks & Recreation requires a park use permit for events of any size with amplified sound or attractions, plus a certificate of insurance listing the City of Arlington as additionally insured. We produce the COI and can walk you through the permit, pavilion reservation, and vendor paperwork.

Yes. Entertainment District activations are a regular part of our schedule. Each venue - AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, Texas Live!, Loews Arlington, and Live! by Loews - has its own approved-vendor and insurance process; we have the paperwork and the logistics experience to work within it.
