Right size for the crowd
We size the footprint to 4.5 sq ft per dancer - no overscaled empty parquet, no undersized pileup at the DJ booth.
Every photo guests remember gets taken inside its perimeter - the first dance, the hora lift, the surprise flash mob, the father-daughter spin, the last call before the sparklers. For nearly two decades we’ve been rolling parquet into Prosper backyard tents, Frisco megachurch family-life centers, Legacy West corporate galas, McKinney Chestnut Square receptions, and HOA clubhouse ballrooms at Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Windsong Ranch, and Light Farms.
The lineup scales from a 12×12 cocktail-reception footprint up to a 30×30 LED-lit grand-entrance stage - with subfloor for soggy grass, beveled ADA ramps, skirting, gobo monograms, and uplighting on the same trailer. You pick the date. We walk the venue, level the pad, and the crew has the first panel down before the florist arrives.

We size the footprint to 4.5 sq ft per dancer - no overscaled empty parquet, no undersized pileup at the DJ booth.
Modular subfloor under grass, pavers, or uneven clubhouse carpet - then the top layer drops in flat, flush, and photo-ready.
Beveled edge trim on all four sides - wheelchair-friendly, heel-safe, no trip lip, every install.
Two-to-four-person crew lays the floor, locks the tongue-and-groove, skirts the perimeter, and strikes after last call.
Gobo, uplighting, intelligent washes, DJ booth, stage decks, Bose line-array sound - one quote, one load-in, one COI.
White-gloss LED panels sync to the DJ for grand-entrance scenes; fiber-optic starlit floors deliver the subtle wedding version.
Current DFW dance-floor inventory - pick the footprint that fits your head count, venue surface, and look:
Cocktail receptions, 100-guest showers, and backyard birthdays - ~40 dancers comfortable, the smallest footprint we install with ramps.
The 150-guest wedding-ceremony-and-reception middle - fits Prosper backyards, McKinney Chestnut Square tents, and clubhouse ballrooms.
Our most-booked wedding floor - 200-250 guests, Twin Creeks and Starcreek clubhouses, 30×60 reception tents.
Corporate galas and 300-guest receptions - Legacy West employee nights and Hall Park holiday parties under 40×80 tents.
Prestonwood and Stonebriar banquet halls, Frisco ISD proms, quinceanera ballroom buildouts - 400-600 guests, dance most of the night.
High-polish white top layer - the LED canvas and the clean background for drone and ring-entrance photography.
Classic diner-style alternating panels - the Sweet 16, 1950s-themed, and vow-renewal signature.
Pin-point fiber optics under a smoked-glass top - the subtle wedding look when an LED floor is too loud for the room.
Sixteen-million-color panels that sync to the DJ mix - grand-entrance scenes, first-dance spotlight, last-call strobe.
Inventory thins April through June and October through early November - 20×20 parquet and the LED panels go with the first Saturday caller on wedding weekends.
The Reception Package
This is the setup we get asked for every Prosper estate wedding, Frisco backyard reception, and McKinney downtown venue. A 20×20 parquet floor centered under the tent’s main pole or the ballroom chandelier, a custom monogram gobo throwing the couple’s initials across the parquet, eight perimeter uplight fixtures color-matched to the palette, and beveled ramps so heels and wheelchairs cross clean.
What lands inside the 20×20 reception package:
Centers under the chandelier, drops into the tent, or locks to a clubhouse ballroom carpet. Photographs like a hotel ballroom by dusk.
The floor is the top. Subfloor, edges, and perimeter finish are what make it actually work at a DFW backyard or HOA clubhouse:
Two-foot panels level grass, dirt, gravel, pavers, and sloped clubhouse patios - up to a 10-foot grade differential before the top layer goes down.
Aluminum ramp trim on all four sides - matches subfloor height, heel-safe, wheelchair-friendly, no trip lip at the perimeter.
Black or white pleated skirt around the base - hides subfloor rails, power runs, and lighting cables for the wedding photo look.
Aluminum-frame parquet panels lock flush in both directions - stable under 300 dancers, no shifting, no open seams mid-hora.
Every floor ships with the subfloor and ramp kit matched to the surface on the site walk - nothing resolved with shims and good intentions on the day.
A parquet floor without light is a wooden square. For DFW wedding, gala, and prom dates we package:
Two-initial or logo template cut on demand - thrown onto the floor or head-table wall from a tripod-mounted leko fixture.
Eight or sixteen fixtures at the floor’s edge, dimmable to the color of the palette, programmable for scene changes through the night.
Two-to-four moving-head fixtures on truss - slow scene washes for dinner, beat-reactive patterns for the dance set.
Crystal, edison-cage, or rustic-iron chandeliers over the center of the floor - the ceiling anchor for reception photos.
Narrow-beam fixtures aimed at each table centerpiece - the gala look that keeps the room lit without washing out the floor.
Cold-spark fountains for the grand entrance, CO2 jets for the first-dance drop - indoor-safe, venue-approved, no pyro license.
If you can picture it in the ceremony-ending drone shot, we can probably land it on the trailer.
Jumper Bee isn’t just panels - we deliver the booth, riser, and rig that flank the floor. For dance-floor events we package:
Scales from a backyard 12×12 with a single DJ and two speakers up through a 30×30 gala with a six-piece band on a 24-inch stage.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Plan on 30-40% of your guests dancing at once and 4.5 square feet per dancer. A 12×12 handles ~40 dancers (100-guest shower or corporate cocktail). A 15×15 covers a 150-guest wedding. A 20×20 is our most-booked wedding-reception footprint (200-250 guests). A 24×24 or 30×30 is what we roll for Legacy West galas and Prestonwood youth proms at 400-600 guests.
Saturday wedding weekends April through June and October through early November lock 3-4 months ahead - LED-lit and 20×20 parquet disappear first. Prosper ISD, Frisco ISD, and Allen ISD prom and homecoming dates (mid-March through early May) book by mid-January. Tuesday-through-Thursday corporate dates usually have runway inside two weeks.
All four. Panels drop straight onto level concrete, pavers, and clubhouse ballroom carpet. On grass or uneven backyard lawns we bring modular subfloor first, then the dance-floor top layer - level over a 10-foot grade differential. Under a tent, the floor centers on the main pole with edge ramps matching the subfloor height.
Yes. Our white-gloss LED panels sync to the DJ’s music with 16-million-color effects and pre-programmed scenes for the grand entrance, first dance, and last-call. Black-and-white starlit floors with fiber-optic pinpricks are the subtle wedding option. We quote LED as an add-on to the parquet or gloss base footprint.
Every panel edge comes with beveled ADA ramp trim on all four sides - no trip lip, wheelchair-friendly, heel-safe. Panels lock with aluminum tongue-and-groove and finish flush. We level to spec on a site walk and pad any soft corner under the subfloor before the top layer goes down.
Every dance-floor quote lands as a single line - floor, subfloor where needed, monogram gobo, perimeter uplighting, intelligent LED washes, bilingual DJ or MC, Bose line-array sound, stage deck for the band or head table, and the crew that installs, operates, and strikes it all. One COI, one call, one invoice.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - wedding-weekend 20×20s and LED floors lock 3-4 months out, and the first Saturday caller books them.
