Yes. City park and Conference Center events typically require a permit from the City of Hurst and a COI listing the City as additionally insured. Hurst Conference Center events also have a venue-specific event services office we coordinate with on ballroom setups and teardown windows. We handle the COI on our end.
We’re doing a NorthEast Mall event - can you coordinate with mall management?
Regularly. NorthEast Mall events (Santa arrival, tenant grand openings, holiday lighting, retail-led family days) run through mall management and require a COI naming the property as additionally insured. We carry the right coverage and coordinate directly with mall marketing and security.
