Every setup ships with tokens, balls, or prizes already loaded - you don’t staff a concession window.
Do your games include prizes, tokens, and an attendant?
Yes. Standard booking includes a trained attendant, enough prizes or tokens to run the game all day, spare consumables, and on-site troubleshooting. We tear it down on your schedule and we don’t leave glitter, popped balloons, or loose prize tickets behind.
Are the games age-appropriate for both kids and adults?
We tier them. Carnival booths and giant yard games are tuned for ages 4 and up. IPS light-up games and arcade cabinets land well with 8-year-olds through adult competitive teens and corporate teams. Mini-golf works for all ages. Tell us the age spread when you book and we’ll tune the lineup.
What kind of space do the games need?
Carnival booths each need roughly a 10×10 footprint; giant yard games want flat grass or pavement. Mini-golf courses range from 400-1,200 sq. ft. depending on the hole count. IPS arenas and inflatable games need 15×20 or larger with overhead clearance. We walk the venue with you during quoting to map a layout that flows.
Can you build a full game midway for a school carnival or corporate event?
Yes - full midway production is one of our most-booked packages. We bundle 6-14 carnival booths, prize logistics, concessions (popcorn, sno-cones, cotton candy), attendants, and tickets into a turnkey event. Corporate events can add branded backdrops and co-branded prize swag.
How far in advance should I book game rentals?
Spring and fall weekends (March-May, September-November) fill 3-4 weeks out. Large school and corporate midways with 8+ games should lock dates 6-8 weeks ahead so we can stage inventory and staff. Smaller backyard game bookings can often drop in 5-7 days out, even on weekends.
