How far in advance should I book a bounce house or party rental in Fairview?
For weekend events during peak season (March through October), book 3-6 weeks out. Peak weekends - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Leopard homecoming, and the Fairview Town Center holiday lighting - book 6-10 weeks out. Can you access Heritage Ranch - and how does the gatehouse process work?
Yes, Heritage Ranch is a routine booking for us. On the booking call we pre-register our vehicles and crew with the gatehouse, confirm the amenity-center rules (clubhouse lawn, pool-deck setups, etc.), and carry a standing COI. No surprises at the gate.
We have an estate-lot acre or two - can you set up a big footprint?
That’s a strength for us. Fairview’s estate lots allow for multi-unit setups - water slide plus bouncer plus obstacle course plus concessions - without fighting for space. On the booking call we’ll map the footprint against trees, pool decks, and truck access.
