A real 9-hole course
Nine modular greens with banking turns, a windmill, ramps, and pin-flag cups. Not a single putt-putt mat with a target on it.
Mini golf is the rare attraction that pulls every age group at the same event. Toddlers swat the ball with both hands, grandparents miss every putt and laugh anyway, and the dad who has not played since high school suddenly has opinions about hole 7. Our portable course is a 9-hole modular setup - turf greens with banking turns, ramps, a windmill obstacle, and pin-flag cups - that drops onto a driveway, a church parking lot, an HOA common area, or an indoor venue floor.
We arrive about 60 minutes before your window, level the greens on whatever surface you have, lay out putters and balls in adult and child sizes, and stay attended for the full booking. You play, the line moves, and everyone gets a scorecard.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - spring HOA socials and fall festival weekends fill four to six weeks out.
Nine modular greens with banking turns, a windmill, ramps, and pin-flag cups. Not a single putt-putt mat with a target on it.
Toddlers through grandparents. Putters and balls in three sizes, scorecards, and a rule sheet any four-year-old can follow.
Concrete, asphalt, sealed pavers, packed grass, gym floor, or ballroom carpet. The greens level themselves on the underlay.
Trained staff resets cups, hands out scorecards, and keeps the rotation moving so the line never stalls past two groups deep.
Course, putters, balls, scorecards, prizes, plus the bounce house and carnival games - all booked through one phone number.
We arrive 60 minutes before your start. Course is level, putters out, and the first foursome is teeing off when guests arrive.
One core 9-hole course, plus three add-ons HOA boards and church coordinators end up layering once they see the line build at hole 1.
The core rental - nine turf greens with banking turns, ramps, a windmill, sand-trap obstacles, and pin-flag cups. Default for HOA socials, school field days, and corporate family afternoons.
Bracket sheets, hole-by-hole scoring, group draws, and a winner’s plaque. Standard for corporate team-builds and church youth-group lock-ins where the teasing is the point.
Black-light bars, glow balls, glow tape on every cup, and reflective pin flags. Standard for late-summer HOA evening socials and Frisco megachurch lock-ins.
Bundle the course with our skee, hi-striker, and ring-toss carnival games for a midway-style playzone. Standard for fall festivals and ISD field days.
All four configurations ship with attendants, putters, balls, scorecards, and consumable prizes - pricing scales with the booking window and the surface.
The 9-Hole Course
The course rents the same way every time. What separates a setup that hits from one that drags is how level the greens are on your surface and how the rotation flows. Our crew levels each green on whatever you have - uneven driveway, sloped HOA cul-de-sac apron, asphalt church lot, gym floor, or hotel banquet carpet - before the first putt.
What ships with every 9-hole booking, so the only thing you plan is who gets the first tee time:
On grass we underlay each green so the surface stays true; on banquet carpet we tape the seams so the rotation is silent and the ballroom floor hands back clean.
Will It Fit?
Before we roll the trailer we confirm the course fits. The 9-hole setup is more flexible than a carnival ride (no power, no water), but the footprint, surface, and overhead clearance still have to line up.
30×30ft minimum footprint Concrete, asphalt, grass, or carpet 8ft overhead clearance No power or water required Indoor or outdoor Pet-free play area
HOA cul-de-sacs in Twin Creeks and Starcreek work; church parking-lot corners at Frisco and Plano megachurches work; ISD gym floors and hotel ballroom carpet work. We scout the footprint on the call so nothing surprises you on event morning.
The course earns its slot anywhere there is a 30ft footprint and a crowd that wants to play. These are the DFW events boards rebook it for every spring and fall.
Five-through-twelve-year-old birthdays in Frisco, Plano, and Prosper. The course turns a one-hour party into a three-hour rotation.
Frisco ISD, Prosper ISD, Wylie ISD, and Allen ISD elementary field days and fall carnivals. Pairs with carnival games cleanly.
Frisco and Plano megachurch youth-group lock-ins and Wednesday family nights. Glow add-on lands in the lot after sundown.
Legacy West and Hall Park family days, employee-appreciation events, and bracket-format team-builds with a winner’s plaque.
Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Phillips Creek Ranch, Light Farms, and Windsong Ranch socials. The course holds a queue without crowding the cul-de-sac.
Bracketed putt-tournaments for school PTOs, scout troops, and HOA charity drives. We handle the scorecards; you handle entry fees.
Every 9-hole booking ships with the same standard kit:
The course is a low-impact rental - the heaviest piece a guest lifts is a junior putter. Attendants enforce no-running and no-overhand swings on the load pad.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Spring HOA socials and fall school carnivals are the busiest stretch. For a Frisco or Prosper HOA event in March or October, reserve four to six weeks ahead. Corporate team-builds usually lock two to three weeks out. Glow setups in late summer and youth lock-ins around December book first - the course goes single-unit, so there is one calendar.
The full course wants a 30×30ft footprint with about 8ft of overhead clearance. Concrete, asphalt, sealed pavers, packed grass, gym floor, and banquet ballroom carpet all work - we underlay grass to keep the greens true and tape banquet seams so the floor hands back clean. We scout the footprint on the call so nothing surprises you on event morning.
A standard rotation puts a four-player group through the 9 holes in about 25 to 35 minutes. Across a two-hour window that is roughly 14 to 18 groups, or 50 to 70 guests - more if you run a shotgun start with two foursomes per hole. The attendant manages the cadence so the line never stalls past two groups deep.
Same-day delivery across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Wylie, Celina, Rockwall, Rowlett, Royse City, Sachse, Murphy, Parker, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Garland, and Denton. We regularly stage the course for Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Phillips Creek Ranch, Light Farms, and Windsong Ranch HOA socials, and indoors at Frisco and Plano megachurch family centers, Frisco ISD and Prosper ISD elementary gyms, and Legacy West corporate family days.
Light rain is fine - the turf greens drain and the putter grips do not slip. We pause for lightning, hail, or sustained heavy downpour because guests bunch under the staging tent and the rotation stalls. If the forecast is clearly bad we call the morning of to move the course indoors to your gym or family center, or to reschedule - no penalty for a weather move.
Yes - every booking ships with a trained attendant for the full window. We do not drop the course and leave a volunteer to reset cups. Pee-wee putters fit a three-year-old, the rule sheet is a single page, and the windmill obstacle on hole 5 is the moment that hooks the under-six crowd. Parents play through with their kids on the toddler rounds.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - spring HOA socials and fall school carnivals fill four to six weeks out, and the glow add-on goes with the first lock-in that locks the date.
