Full festival midway, one vendor
Inflatables, rides, games, stages, concessions - staged as one production instead of seven vendors on seven invoices.
Festival planning in DFW is a calendar puzzle. Spring opens with Main Street Fests in Grapevine and Fort Worth. Summer delivers Allen USA Celebration and Frisco’s Freedom Fest. Fall brings Addison Oktoberfest, Plano Balloon Festival, and every ISD’s fall carnival. Winter closes with Christmas markets and city tree-lightings across the metroplex.
For nearly twenty years we’ve been the production partner behind those dates - the midway vendor city, church, HOA, and school planners keep on speed dial once the date is locked and they need carnival rides, inflatables, stages, food-truck lanes, permit packets, and crowd-control fencing delivered on one purchase order. One contract, one site plan, one COI packet.

Inflatables, rides, games, stages, concessions - staged as one production instead of seven vendors on seven invoices.
Additional-insured COIs for the city and venue, anchoring engineering, EMS coordination, and attended rides on every activation.
Haggard Park, Frisco Commons, Bonnie Wenk, Panther Island, Fair Park - we know the load-in gate and the city permit cadence.
From 500-guest school fairs to 50,000-gate city days, crew count, radios, and zone captains scale with the gate count.
Site plans, certificates of insurance, W-9, sales-tax exemption, and vendor forms returned inside one business day.
Spring and fall festival weekends lock early. Kickoff call, scope, and deposit usually land six-plus months before gate-open.
The Core Festival Rig
The core festival rig scales from a 1,000-guest church carnival up to a 50,000-gate city day. Every activation is built from modular blocks you mix against the gate count, the footprint, and the city ordinance - so a Plano ISD fall fair, a Frisco Commons town day, and a Fair Park cultural festival run on the same production spine, only the dial changes.
Layer on a headliner act, a beer garden, a petting zoo, a mechanical bull, a glow dance floor, or caricature row - we scope to the event.
The formats we run across the DFW festival calendar:
Allen USA Celebration, Frisco Freedom Fest, Wylie Champagne Days - full midway, mainstage, food lane, and city-named COI on one purchase order.
Starcreek Fall Fest, Phillips Creek Ranch Spring Fling, Twin Creeks Block Bash - neighborhood-scale midway with a resident-friendly noise curfew.
Denton Arts & Jazz, Arts Goggle, Main Street Fest - stage coordination, midway side-events, and family zones while the headliners work.
Chili cook-offs, Greek Fest, Taste of Addison, Oktoberfest - midway, kids zone, taste-ticket booth, and beer-garden fencing.
July 4th, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Cinco celebrations - themed inflatables, flag arches, stage-band risers, and firework-coordination standoff.
Frisco ISD, Plano ISD, Allen ISD fall carnivals - PTA-scale midway, volunteer booth row, and campus-named COI.
Megachurch Trunk-or-Treats, harvest festivals, Easter egg hunts - family-focused midway scaled to the parking-lot footprint.
Asian Festival, Latino Cultural Fest, Irish-Italian Fest - themed decor, cultural-stage coordination, and vendor-lane planning.
Tell us the format, the venue, the gate count, and the permit desk - we’ll scope the rig to fit.
Where DFW Festivals Actually Land
DFW festivals land in five footprint lanes - each with its own permit desk and load-in cadence:
Tell us the lane - we already know the load-in drill, freight cadence, and permit wording before the kickoff call.
Everything we bring to a DFW festival footprint:
Trackless train, spin-the-apple, mini-Ferris, swings, carousel - ordered by gate count, ride clearance, and power draw.
10-20 booth games with prize tent, ticket printer, and volunteer-friendly staffing for PTA and church-run midways.
12×16 to 20×40 stages, line-array PA, wireless mics for the mayor, monitor mix for the headliner set.
10×10 pop-ups for vendors, 20×20 VIP tents, crowd-control fencing, and welcome arches with event signage.
Kettle corn, cotton candy, snow cones, churros, and 3-15 food-truck coordination with power drops and queue layout.
Step-and-repeats, sponsor backdrops, Ferris-wheel photo-ops, and custom-overlay photo booths with instant prints.
Face painters, balloon twisters, stilt walkers, caricature artists, and petting zoos - booked as one talent bundle.
Radio-connected zone captains, EMS coordination, lost-child stations, and ADA-routing signage at every gate.
Tell us the gate count, the footprint, and the permit desk - we’ll scope the rig.

Spring festival weekends (March-May) and fall festival weekends (September-November) typically book six to twelve months out. City days and school fairs with locked dates should reach out the moment the park or campus contract is signed. Winter Christmas markets fill by mid-summer.
We return COIs with additional-insured wording for the city, park, school district, HOA, or private venue inside one business day. We do not pull the city’s SUP for you, but we supply the vendor-side paperwork, site plan, and anchoring engineering your permit desk needs.
Yes. Stage, line-array PA, monitor mix, wireless mic for the mayor or head pastor, plus midway, rides, carnival games, concessions, and the branded photo row - all on one contract, one COI, and one crew lead on radio for event day.
We have staged 500-guest PTA fall carnivals with a 6-game midway and one inflatable, and 50,000-gate city days with trackless trains, a mainstage, a 15-food-truck lane, and zone captains on radio. Pricing scales per-attendee and per-attraction, not in flat tiers.
Absolutely. PTA fall carnivals, megachurch Trunk-or-Treats, and HOA town days lean on volunteers for game booths and prize rows. We supply the rig, train volunteers at load-in, and keep a paid crew lead on radio so the volunteer team can stay in the booth.
HOA town days in Starcreek, Twin Creeks, and Phillips Creek Ranch; ISD fall carnivals across Frisco, Plano, Allen, and McKinney; megachurch Trunk-or-Treats; Main Street street fairs in Grapevine, McKinney, and Rockwall; cultural festivals at Fair Park; and private-campus festivals at Legacy West and The Star.
