We carry a standing COI naming the district and can pre-file it for any campus event.
Can you support Lake Ray Hubbard shoreline events at The Harbor and private lakefront properties?
Yes. Lake Ray Hubbard is a City of Dallas-owned reservoir with specific commercial-use requirements on the water itself. On the Rockwall shoreline (including The Harbor and private residential lake lots), we set up on the landside without triggering USACE permitting. For events on boathouse decks or over-water piers, we’ll review the specific site to confirm requirements during the quote.
