On-time delivery windows
One-hour delivery window, and we hit it. Our routing is built around DFW traffic patterns, not guesswork.
Castle bounce house bigger than your minivan. Carnival-game table the kids keep circling back to. Face painter working a line of seven-year-olds. Balloon twister turning out the dog, the unicorn, and the sword at request. Four hours, one afternoon, and the kids come off the bouncer already asking when the next party is.
Jumper Bee has been running DFW kids’ birthday parties since 2002. We know which bouncer fits a Twin Creeks backyard, which family-life center clears a combo, and which Saturdays are impossible. You pick the cake; we handle everything that bounces, slides, or hands out balloon dogs.

Every inflatable gets hospital-grade wiped down between bookings - walls, floor, mesh, handles. No leftover-from-last-weekend units.
Doing this since 2002. We know which bouncer ages well, which combo nine-year-olds climb, and which carnival game four-year-olds abandon.
If the forecast is red by 7 p.m. the night before, we call you, roll your deposit to any open date inside 90 days - no rescheduling fee.
Toddler sister, birthday kid, older cousins. We scope mixed-age parties - toddler bouncer one corner, combo the other, entertainment rotating.
We arrive 30-60 minutes before your start, unload, inflate, anchor, safety walk, and leave. You get back to icing cupcakes.
The Core Party Package
Most backyard and park parties land on a four-hour block - arrivals, bouncer rotation, cake, favors, done. The core tuned to that window: one primary attraction, one entertainment station, and a small add-on or two for the in-between minutes.
Layer on a water slide, mechanical bull or Meltdown for older kids, a photo booth, tent for shade, or concessions (popcorn, snow cone, cotton candy) - we scope to the age group and the yard.
The inventory that earns its spot in the yard:
Workhorse for ages 3-9. Classic castles and themed fronts (dino, princess, sports). ~15×15 footprint, fits a standard 36′′ side gate.
One unit, two attractions. ~18×18 to 20×22 footprint - needs an open yard with no low limbs.
Single-lane and dual-lane slides with a splash pool. Memorial Day through early September. Water hookup within 50′, attendant at the exit.
Run-through units with climbers, tunnels, and a finish slide. Good for 8-12-year-olds - two kids race at a time.
Older-kid hits. Bull soft-set for tweens, harder-set for teens. Meltdown is the spinning knockdown ride. Both attendant-staffed.
Ring toss, bean-bag, plinko, high-striker, duck pond. Single game or a five-station midway with prize-ticket board.
Hypoallergenic paints. Two-minute cheek-art for long lines or fifteen-minute masterpieces. Butterflies, dragons, superheroes, unicorns.
Dogs, swords, unicorns on demand. Plus balloon arches, columns, and centerpieces for the entry or gift table.
Princess, super-hero, Bluey-style friend, or mascot visits. One-hour window: greeting, sing-along, photo line, dance wrap.
Kid-party DJ with clean-radio playlist, lighting rig, and a wireless mic. Open-air photo booth with themed backdrop and instant prints.
Popcorn, snow cone, cotton candy, frozen-lemonade dispensers. Plus 10×10 shade tents, industrial fans, and patio heaters.

Where DFW Birthday Parties Actually Happen
Five venue lanes where DFW birthday parties actually land - each with its own ceiling heights, surfaces, permits, and COI requirements:
Tell us where the party is and we’ll know the drill; for a venue new to us, we call ahead and walk the space the week of.
The same inflatable that wows a six-year-old bores a ten-year-old. The pairing we’ve tuned over 20+ years:
Toddler bouncer (13×13 with low mesh walls), foam-block mat, small ball pit, balloon twister for 45 minutes. Ninety-minute core block - naps are the limiting factor.
Standard castle bouncer, face painter doing quick cheek-art, simple carnival games (ring toss, bean-bag, duck pond), character visit for the middle 45 minutes. Cake at 90 min, wrap at 2.5 hours.
Sweet spot: bounce-and-slide combo, five-station carnival midway with prize board, balloon twister, face painter on full butterfly-and-dragon requests. Magician if the list is under 20. Water slide in summer.
Past bounce-only. Mechanical bull (soft set), Meltdown, foam pit, large water slide, dunk tank, open-air photo booth with silly props, DJ with clean-radio playlist. Pizza-and-cake pairs well.
Mixed-age parties are the rule - we stage a toddler zone and a bigger-kid zone side by side when the list calls for it.
The directions we see most:
Castle bouncer in pink-and-purple, princess-character visit, tea-cup carnival game, tiara favor bag. The 4-7 default.
Hero-front bouncer, character visit with mask-and-cape photo line, mission-course obstacle, shield-toss carnival game.
Football-print castle or baseball-print combo, sport-adapted carnival games (basketball pop-shot, penalty kick, corn hole). Holds through ages 10-12.
Dino-front bouncer, jungle-animal face painting, dig-for-fossils sand station, T-rex and stegosaurus balloons. Ages 3-9.
Pastel bouncer, unicorn-horn face painting, rainbow balloon arch, pin-the-horn game, glitter-tattoo station. Big for ages 4-8.
For the 8-12 set past bounce-only. DJ with wireless mic, dance corner, photo booth with pop-star props, karaoke moment.
Dump-truck and backhoe bouncer fronts, trackless-train ride where HOAs allow, construction-hat favors. 3-6-year-old anchor.
Bluey, Paw Patrol, Mickey-and-friends look-alikes paired with a themed bouncer front. Recognizable enough for the 3-year-old cheer.
Send the invitation, a Pinterest board, or the kid’s favorite show - we’ll scope bouncer, character visit, face-paint list, and balloon palette to match.
Four-hour rental windows are the DFW standard. The flow we’ve seen work across yards, parks, and church halls:
First and second birthdays compress to a 90-minute core block. Tween parties (10th, 12th, 13th) often stretch to 5 hours with a pizza drop at midpoint and a DJ-driven dance hour before pickup.
Same-day delivery and setup throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex:
Travel fees may apply outside our standard radius - call 972-429-4545 for a quote.
Spring and early-fall Saturdays: 4-6 weeks out. Summer water-slide Saturdays between Memorial Day and July 4th: 8-10 weeks, our busiest stretch. Winter and mid-week parties are easy inside 2 weeks. If you want a specific combo or water slide from our site, reserve early - we stock multiple units per category but only one or two of each specific model.
Three footprints cover most DFW yards. Toddler bouncers (~13×13) fit tight courtyards. Standard castles (~15×15) are the workhorse for ages 3-9. Combo units (~18×18 to 20×22) need an open yard with no low limbs. Most fit a 36′′ side gate; bigger combos sometimes need 42′′. Send a gate photo and rough yard measurement - we’ll tell you what fits before you book.
Yes - every weekend. For HOA amenity centers (Phillips Creek Ranch, Light Farms, Twin Creeks, Starcreek, Windsong) we handle the reservation and COI with the amenity manager. For city parks we handle pavilion reservations and the inflatable permit where required. Parks rarely have power at the pavilion, so we bring a quiet Honda generator. Turf gets staked; concrete pavilions get heavy-duty sandbags.
Rough guide: 12-24 mo - toddler bouncer, foam blocks, small ball pit. 3-5 - standard castle, face painter, balloon twister, simple carnival games. 6-9 - bounce-and-slide combo, obstacle course, water slide in summer, midway games, character visit. 10-13 - mechanical bull, Meltdown, foam pit, large water slide, dunk tank, DJ and photo booth. Mixed-age parties get a toddler zone plus a bigger-kid zone side by side.
Yes, with two checks. Ceiling height: standard castles need 14′, combos 16′, bigger slides 18′. Church family-life centers and rec gyms almost always clear; hotel ballrooms usually don’t. Floor protection: we lay protective mats under the inflatable on hardwood or finished floors. Most DFW family-life centers and rec gyms we already have setup protocols on file for.
We call you by 7 p.m. the night before if the forecast is tracking red - 60%+ storm chance, winds above 20 mph, or lightning in a two-hour envelope. You choose: reschedule to any open date inside 90 days (deposit rolls over), add tent coverage for rain-not-wind, or move indoors if the venue allows. No cancellation fee when we initiate the call. Mid-party pop-ups: we deflate and ride it out.
Standard is a 4-hour rental block. For a kids’ party we recommend a 2.5- to 3-hour active block. A flow that works: 30 min arrivals and bouncer open, 60-75 min game rotation with face painter and balloon twister, cake at the ~90-min mark, final 30 min bouncer re-opens and favor bags go out. First and second birthdays compress to a 90-minute core block.
For a standard backyard or park party, parent supervision is the default - one adult holds the bouncer zone. We post the safety placard and walk the host through the rules at delivery. For 30+ kids, HOA events, or when the host wants to be a guest, we staff a trained attendant. Attendants are required on water slides with a pool, the mechanical bull, foam pit, and any carnival-ride category.
Yes - commercial general liability above the limits required by every DFW venue we regularly set up at. Certificates of insurance with additional-insured wording turn around inside one business day. For repeat venues (HOA amenities, city parks, churches, rec centers) we already have the exact language each requires on file. Attendant-staffed equipment (bull, foam pit, dunk tank, carnival rides) carries its own operator endorsement.
