How far in advance should I book a holiday event?
Christmas weekends book out first - usually by early November. Halloween slots fill 6-8 weeks in advance. For other holidays, 3-4 weeks is safer. Corporate events with firm dates should reserve as soon as the date is locked.
Do you do full holiday event production, or just rentals?
Both. You can rent a single bounce house for a family party, or we can produce an entire HOA holiday festival - inflatables, rides, ice rinks, Santa, entertainers, concessions, decor, and on-site staff - from a single booking.
Which holidays do you support?
Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Fourth of July, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and any other seasonal celebration. Each has its own themed inventory.
Can you work with HOAs, schools, churches, and corporate campuses?
Yes - we do it every week. We carry commercial liability insurance and can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue as additional insured. Send us the venue’s COI requirements when you book.
What areas of DFW do you serve for holiday events?
The whole metroplex - Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Arlington, Rockwall, and 90+ surrounding Texas cities. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius.
