For weekend events during peak season (March through October), we recommend booking 3-6 weeks out. Popular weekends - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Murphy Maize Days, and Plano/Wylie ISD graduation weekends - often book out 6-10 weeks in advance. Do you deliver to Murphy Central Park, the Community Center, and Murphy Marketplace?
Yes to all three. Central Park events typically require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the City of Murphy as additionally insured. Community Center events coordinate through their booking team with a COI naming the venue. Marketplace activations coordinate with property management. We handle the COI on our end and guide you through each process.
Murphy is split between Plano ISD and Wylie ISD - does that affect booking a school event?
Only in the paperwork. Addresses east of approximately Murphy Road are Wylie ISD (feeding into Wylie East High); addresses west feed into Plano ISD (McMillen High). We carry standing COIs naming both Plano ISD and Wylie ISD and pre-file the right one based on the campus you’re booking.
