Every style, one inventory
Chiavari, cross-back farmhouse, white resin garden, padded folding, king & queen, and kids - no sub-vendor relay.
Wedding receptions at The Nest at Ruth Farms. Quinceañera ballrooms at the Omni Frisco. Easter services under a tent at a Prosper megachurch parking lot. Corporate picnics on the lawn at Cypress Waters. Every one of those events lives or dies on whether the chairs look like they belong - and whether there are enough of them, set up before guests walk in.
Jumper Bee stocks six commercial-grade chair styles across the DFW metroplex, all cleaned between bookings and all delivered by a crew that sets to your floor plan, counts against your guest list, and restacks neatly at strike. One call, one invoice - chairs alongside tables, tents, linens, and the rest of your event rental.
Call 972-429-4545 or book online - wedding-season weekends book out 6-10 weeks ahead on chiavari and cross-back.

The Signature
Ninety percent of the weddings we chair up at Gather in Fort Worth, the Omni Frisco, The Nest at Ruth Farms, and Dallas Arboretum run chiavari. It photographs clean, stacks ten-high on our dollies, and reads formal without looking fussy. We run chiavari in three frame finishes across the metroplex:
Every chiavari order ships with setup to your ceremony and reception diagrams, a cushion-tie pass after placement, and a post-event restack on our padded dollies - nothing handed back to the venue loose. Minimum order is 50 chairs; 500-count and multi-room splits are routine.
The short version - pair these against your venue and headcount. We will confirm the recommendation on the quote call.
Chiavari indoor, cross-back or white resin outdoor. Chiavari clear is the default for tented receptions at Marty Leonard Chapel and Dallas Arboretum tented lawns.
Chiavari silver or gold - Legacy Hall, Toyota Music Factory, The Star Rangers ballroom. Padded folding works for picnic-style company family days.
Padded folding - Prestonwood, Stonebriar Community, Gateway Southlake, and Hope Fellowship overflow services. Kids chairs for Pre-K wings.
Padded folding for Frisco, Prosper, Allen, and Plano ISD auditorium overflow. Kids chairs for elementary fall-festival and PTA events.
Mixed-style orders across ceremony and reception are routine - a typical outdoor wedding runs white resin at the ceremony and chiavari at the reception on a single delivery.
Delivery, Setup & Strike
Our crew stages chairs on padded dollies, rolls them to the room, and sets rows to your diagram - ceremony first, then a fast flip for reception if your floor plan needs it. Every standard delivery window is four hours before doors; venue load-in rules override that if tighter.
Ceremony rows to diagram Reception flip Cushion tie pass Venue COI on file End-of-night restack Loss & damage waiver
Self-pickup is available on folding and white resin only, stacked on our pallets for under-150 counts. Chiavari, cross-back, and throne chairs are delivery-only - the finish damages fast in the back of a consumer SUV.
Chairs rarely ship alone. Book the rest of the seating picture on the same invoice:
Organza, satin, and burlap ties in 20+ colors - tied to your wedding palette at setup.
Spandex and polyester full covers for folding and banquet chairs - ballroom-grade uplift.
60-inch rounds, 6-ft and 8-ft banquets, cocktail highs, and farmhouse harvest tables.
Frame tents from 10x10 to 40x80 and pole tents for field ceremonies - sized to the chair count.
Portable stage decks and interlocking dance floors in black, parquet, or white - sized with the chair plan.
Market umbrellas, 10x10 pop-up shade, and patio fans for summer ceremony and reception heat load.
Propane tower heaters for November-February evenings, high-flow floor fans for July-August heat.

If the floor plan touches it, we probably stock it. Ask at the quote call - we will pull the adjacent categories into a single delivery.

Wedding-season weekends (March-May, September-November) fill 6-10 weeks out for chiavari and cross-back farmhouse chairs. Folding and white resin inventory typically drops in at 2-3 weeks out for mid-sized events. Large corporate and festival counts (500+ chairs) lock 6-8 weeks ahead so we can stage the delivery in tiered loads.
Yes - every chair order ships with delivery, on-site setup to your floor plan, breakdown, and restacking at the end of the event. We place chiavari and cross-back rows by ceremony diagram, clear-cloth any reception flip, and leave stacks neatly staged for the venue walk-through. Self-pickup is available on folding and resin only, stacked on our pallets.
Folding and white resin garden chairs handle grass and gravel fine - we carry chair-pad discs if the ceremony site is soft turf. Chiavari and cross-back wood chairs need a firm, level surface (pavers, patio, event flooring, interior ballroom). For mixed terrain we size the order across styles so the ceremony site and reception floor each get the right chair.
Chiavari is the elegant ballroom standard - slim spindle frame, typically gold, silver, or clear, with a removable cushion. Cross-back (“farmhouse”) is solid wood with an X-pattern back - the classic Stonebriar-style vineyard reception chair. Folding is the workhorse - padded or plain, stacks fast, moves 100 at a time on a dolly, and handles ceremonies, school events, and tents without complaint.
