Booth-magnet specialists
Hole-in-one, prize wheels, 360 booths, espresso carts, close-up magicians - the activations that actually pull traffic off a crowded exhibit aisle.
A trade-show booth gets one shot to convert an aisle stroll into a badge scan. A user conference has three days to turn a thousand customers into a thousand renewals. A sales kickoff has one keynote to reset the year. The production either makes those moments or quietly ruins them. For nearly two decades we have produced the DFW convention calendar end-to-end - exhibit-hall activations at Kay Bailey Hutchison, SKOs at Gaylord Texan, user conferences at Omni Frisco, evening off-sites at Gilley’s and AT&T Stadium.
One coordinator from kickoff call to BOL. We clear drayage, union I&D, venue paperwork, and exhibitor-services orders. On the floor we run booth magnets that actually pull traffic; in the ballroom we stage the keynote the CFO will still be quoting a quarter later; in the evening we move the whole room to the off-site that becomes the show’s Monday-morning story.
Call 972-429-4545 or submit an RFP - convention-center booths and SKO general sessions lock 10-14 weeks ahead.

The Centerpiece
The single most requested format we produce for DFW trade shows: a booth-magnet package that turns a 10×20 or 20×30 exhibit footprint into the stop on the aisle map. The hole-in-one or prize-wheel queue pulls badges from two rows over, the badge-scan feeds the CRM, the strolling magician works the line so no prospect walks off, and your AEs close on warm conversation instead of cold intros.
Every booth-magnet package includes:
Scales from a 10×10 in-line booth to a 40×50 anchor island. Hourly attendee-count reporting to your demand-gen lead throughout the show.
The pieces DFW marketing and demand-gen teams book most - every unit is exhibit-hall legal, union-compatible, and sized for a 10×20 through a 40×50 anchor footprint:
Single-hole branded turf station with sponsor-logo target, scorecard, and a contest leaderboard tied to badge scan - the queue builder on every show floor.
Branded six- or twelve-segment wheel, prize-pack fulfillment, and badge-scan lead capture piped to Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
Open-air print booth, 360 video booth, green-screen capture - all with branded templates and instant LinkedIn share to the attendee’s badge.
Barista-staffed espresso cart with logo-dusted lattes, branded cold-brew stations, and premium lemonade or smoothie bars.
Portable mini-golf courses, arcade cabinets, giant Jenga, corn-hole, and IPS light-up interactives for conference-center lounges and SKO breaks.
40-foot and 60-foot LED walls, podium with confidence monitor, wireless lavs and hand-helds, mult box for press, and a live-stream feed to LinkedIn or YouTube.
All inventory commercially insured, exhibit-hall rated, and cleaned between events. Venue-specific COIs with additional-insured wording turned in one business day.
The Evening Off-Site
Conference days blur together. The Tuesday-night off-site is what ends up in the Slack highlight reel. We move the whole room to Gilley’s for a boot-scoot, to House of Blues Dallas for a private concert, to Toyota Music Factory for a courtyard cocktail, to Gaylord’s riverwalk for a branded cabana takeover, or to the AT&T Stadium pro-shop for a Cowboys-field walk.

The booth and the stage do half the work. The talent carries the other half - and is what attendees remember about the brand three months later:
We clear talent, negotiate fees, manage NDAs, and run day-of hospitality through the same coordinator - no third-party booking-agent markup.
