We actually drive up. Bonham is about 75 miles from our DFW yard - a routine delivery for us, not a stretch. We’ve staged builds at Fort Inglish, Powder Creek Park, Bonham State Park, and Bonham ISD campuses, and we run residential deliveries throughout Fannin County. Lake-house parties on the Bois d’Arc shoreline are a growing slice of our route. The only thing we ask is a little advance notice on peak weekends.

For weekend events during peak season (March through October), book 4-8 weeks out - a bit longer than our DFW-metro lead time because we schedule the Bonham route around other Fannin County stops. Bois d’Arc Bash weekend, the Fannin County Fair, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and the Christmas Parade weekend regularly book 8-12 weeks in advance. Weekday events can usually be accommodated with 10-14 days’ notice. Same-week availability happens; call and we’ll tell you honestly.

Yes. City park events typically require a reservation and park-use permit from Bonham Parks & Recreation, plus a certificate of insurance listing the City of Bonham as additionally insured - we handle the COI. Bonham State Park is state-run (TPWD), so a facility rental through Texas Parks & Wildlife is needed for group events, and we’ll list TPWD on the COI. Fort Inglish has specific festival-scale procedures during Bois d’Arc Bash - we can walk you through what the city needs.

Yes - Purple Warrior country is on our route. Bonham High School (Warrior Stadium tailgates, homecoming, prom night, Grad Night), L.H. Rather Middle, I.W. Evans Intermediate, and Finley-Oates, Rather, and Evans elementaries all see us for field days, fall festivals, spring carnivals, and PTA fundraisers. We’re happy to get on Bonham ISD’s vendor paperwork before your event if we’re not already.

Standard bounce houses start around typical DFW market rates, with combo units, water slides, obstacle courses, and themed inflatables priced up from there. Because Bonham is outside our core metro radius, a modest delivery add-on applies - we quote it transparently up front. Yes - that’s the whole point. Our rinks are synthetic, not refrigerated, so North Texas heat is irrelevant. They run outdoors in July and outdoors in December and perform the same way in both. A natural fit for Christmas on the Square, Creative Arts Center receptions, and Fannin County church holiday events.
