Bounce House & Party Rentals in Bedford, TX
Trusted by Bedford families, HEB ISD booster clubs, the churches along Central Drive and Brown Trail, and the city’s Parks & Recreation team at Boys Ranch Park.
Bedford sits in the heart of the Mid-Cities - the H in HEB, tucked between Hurst, Euless, Colleyville, and North Richland Hills, ten minutes from DFW Airport and splitting the difference between Dallas and Fort Worth. The city’s calendar runs hot: the Bedford Blues & BBQ Festival fills Boys Ranch Park every Labor Day weekend with tens of thousands of guests, the 4th of July Jubilee owns the same lawn in midsummer, the Yuletide Gala anchors the holidays, and Pennington Field carries Bell Blue Raider and Trinity Trojan football through the fall. In between, HEB ISD booster clubs, PTAs at Meadow Creek, Shady Brook, and the Bedford elementaries, and dense church communities along Central Drive and Brown Trail keep a steady appetite for party production. Jumper Bee Entertainment has been answering that call for nearly 20 years, delivering bounce houses, water slides, carnival rides, synthetic ice rinks, and full event builds throughout Bedford and the Highway 183 / Highway 121 corridor.
From a cul-de-sac birthday in Oak Creek to a sponsor activation inside Boys Ranch Park during Blues & BBQ weekend, we bring the equipment, stage it safely, run it professionally, and clean up after. You focus on the guests.
Why Bedford Books Jumper Bee
Rooted in the Mid-Cities
We’ve been running trailers up Highway 183 into Bedford since the days before the Bedford Blues & BBQ Festival spilled out of the original Boys Ranch footprint - we know HEB ISD’s calendar and the city’s permit office personally.
Full-Service Production
One call covers inflatables, rides, synthetic ice rinks, Santa, entertainers, concessions, tables, chairs, tents, and attendants - from a Cheek-Sparger backyard birthday to a full Boys Ranch festival build.
On-Time for Mid-Cities Weekends
Bedford weekends stack up fast between HEB ISD football at Pennington Field, Bell and Trinity booster events, and church mornings - we hit your start window and we don’t hurry the kids at teardown.
Insured for the City & HEB ISD
We carry the liability limits the City of Bedford Parks & Recreation, HEB ISD campuses, and the Boys Ranch park-use permit process require, and we handle the certificate of insurance paperwork for you.
Clean, Inspected Equipment
Every inflatable is wiped down between uses and inspected on setup. Pollen off the Bedford Trails oaks and Texas summer sun are no excuse for tired vinyl.
Cul-de-Sac to Festival Scale
Whether it’s 12 kids in an Oak Creek cul-de-sac or a 40,000-guest Labor Day weekend at Boys Ranch Park, we scale the footprint to fit.

Delivery & Setup in Bedford
Our standard Bedford delivery window lands 1-2 hours before your event start time. Our crew handles:
- Site survey on arrival & safe footprint confirmation
- Full inflation, anchoring, and power hookup
- Safety briefing with the host or event lead
- Attendant staffing if booked
- Post-event teardown, deflation, and full cleanup
- Power
- Most single inflatables need one dedicated 20-amp circuit. Older Bedford homes along Martin Drive and Cheek-Sparger sometimes share circuits across the backyard - we bring long extension runs and can add a silent generator when power is short.
- Setup surfaces
- Grass, concrete, asphalt, pavers, or indoor flooring. Church parking-lot Trunk-or-Treats, StarCenter lobbies, and Old Bedford School courtyards all need weighted anchors - we carry sandbag kits sized for each inflatable.
- Access
- Boys Ranch Park festival loads use the service-road access during event builds. Residential Mid-Cities streets with tight gates or low oak canopy - common off Bedford Road and Forest Ridge - need a heads-up so we can stage the trailer accordingly.
- Weather policy
- We monitor forecasts and proactively reschedule or refund per our policy when conditions are unsafe. Covered and indoor options available.

FAQs - Party Rentals in Bedford
How far in advance should I book a bounce house or party rental in Bedford?
For weekend events during peak season (March through October), book 3-6 weeks out. The weekends around Bedford Blues & BBQ (Labor Day), the 4th of July Jubilee, Memorial Day, and Halloween Trunk-or-Treat regularly go 6-10 weeks in advance. Weekday and off-peak events can often be accommodated with 7-14 days’ notice. Same-week availability happens; call us and we’ll tell you honestly.
Do you deliver to Boys Ranch Park, Generations Park, and other Bedford city parks?
Yes. City park events typically require a reservation and park-use permit from Bedford Parks & Recreation, plus a certificate of insurance listing the City of Bedford as additionally insured. We handle the COI on our end. Boys Ranch Park has specific festival-scale procedures during Blues & BBQ and 4th of July weekends - we can walk you through what the city needs.
Do you serve HEB ISD events at L.D. Bell, Trinity, and the Bedford middle schools?
Constantly. Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD is a year-round run for us - L.D. Bell HS, Trinity HS, Central Junior High, Bedford Junior High, Harwood Junior High, and the Bedford elementary feeders. Field days, spring carnivals, fall festivals, Grad Night, Pennington Field tailgates, and PTA fundraisers. We’re on file with the district’s vendor paperwork process.
How much does a bounce house rental in Bedford cost?
Standard bounce houses start around typical DFW market rates, with combo units, water slides, obstacle courses, and themed inflatables priced up from there. Full event packages - rides plus inflatables plus concessions plus staffing - are quoted based on scope. Call 972-429-4545 or submit a quote request for a firm price on your specific setup and date.
Can you support a booth or activation during the Bedford Blues & BBQ Festival or 4th of July Jubilee?
Yes - both weekends are on our calendar every year. If you’re running a sponsored kids’ zone, booster-club booth, or corporate activation inside Boys Ranch Park during those events, we can scope inflatables, games, rides, and staffing to fit the footprint the festival team assigns you. Lock it in early - those dates are our tightest inventory weekends of the year.
Do you set up on grass, concrete, and HOA common areas?
Yes. Bedford events hit every surface - backyards on Cheek-Sparger, Boys Ranch grass, church parking-lot Trunk-or-Treats on asphalt, Old Bedford School courtyard pavers, and StarCenter lobby flooring. We carry weighted anchoring for non-stakeable surfaces and evaluate the ground on arrival before we commit to a footprint.
Can you run a synthetic ice rink in Bedford weather?
Yes - that’s the whole point. Our rinks are synthetic, not refrigerated, so Texas heat is irrelevant. They run outdoors in July and outdoors in December and perform the same way in both. A good option when the Bedford Ice Sports Center is booked and you still want real skating at a Mid-Cities holiday event.
What's your cancellation and weather policy?
Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page. Short version: we monitor weather, communicate proactively, and work with you to reschedule or refund when conditions force a change.
