Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and issue COIs at no extra cost. Send us the venue’s requirements (additional insured wording, waiver of subrogation, coverage limits) when you book and we’ll turn it around within one business day.

Weekends in spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) fill 4-6 weeks out. Winter and mid-summer weekends typically book 2-3 weeks out. Large productions (festivals, grand openings, corporate campuses) should lock dates 6-8 weeks ahead so we can staff and permit properly.
