Bounce House & Party Rentals in Rowlett, TX
Trusted by Rowlett families, Garland ISD Eagles and Rockwall ISD Hawks boosters, Rowlett Community Centre event planners, Sapphire Bay activations, and HOAs across the Ray Hubbard peninsula - going on 20 years.
Rowlett sits on a peninsula jutting into the south end of Lake Ray Hubbard, split across Dallas and Rockwall counties, with Garland ISD covering most of the city and Rockwall ISD covering the east side. Roughly 68,000 residents fill neighborhoods like Lakeview Summit, Dalrock, Liberty Grove, and the Waterview-adjacent pockets, plus the growing Sapphire Bay redevelopment (the new name for the long-in-progress Bayside project) on the lakefront. Add the Rowlett Community Centre for indoor events, Herfurth Park for community gatherings, Elgin B. Robertson Park for lakeside, the Rowlett Christmas Parade, the Arts Fest, and Garland ISD Rowlett Eagles booster events - and the calendar fills out quickly. Jumper Bee Entertainment has been answering those calls for nearly 20 years, delivering bounce houses, water slides, carnival rides, synthetic ice rinks, and full event builds.
From a Lakeview Summit backyard birthday to a Sapphire Bay retail activation, we bring the fun, set it up safely, run it professionally, and clean it up after. You focus on the guests.

FAQs - Party Rentals in Rowlett
How far in advance should I book a bounce house or party rental in Rowlett?
For weekend events during peak season (March through October), we recommend booking 3-6 weeks out. Popular weekends - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Parade weekend, and GISD / RISD graduation weekends - often book out 6-10 weeks in advance. Weekday and off-peak events can often be accommodated with 7-14 days’ notice. Call 972-429-4545 - we’ll tell you honestly what’s still open.
Do you deliver to Herfurth Park, Rowlett Community Centre, Elgin B. Robertson Park, and other Rowlett venues?
Yes. Rowlett city park events typically require a parks facility reservation and a certificate of insurance listing the City of Rowlett as additionally insured. Elgin B. Robertson Park is owned by the City of Dallas under Ray Hubbard and has its own permitting and COI requirements - we’ll coordinate both. We handle the COIs on our end and guide you through the process.
Rowlett is split between Garland ISD and Rockwall ISD - does that affect booking a school event?
Only in the paperwork. Most of Rowlett zones into Garland ISD (feeding Rowlett High Eagles); east-side addresses zone into Rockwall ISD (feeding Rockwall-Heath High Hawks). We carry standing COIs naming both districts and pre-file the right one based on the campus you’re booking.
How much does a bounce house rental in Rowlett cost?
Standard bounce houses start around typical DFW market rates, with combo units, water slides, obstacle courses, and themed inflatables priced up from there. Full event packages - rides plus inflatables plus concessions plus staffing for a Community Centre corporate event or a lakeside HOA activation - are quoted based on scope. Call 972-429-4545 or submit a quote request for a firm price on your specific Rowlett setup and date.
Can you set up at Lakeview Summit, Dalrock, Liberty Grove, and other Rowlett HOAs?
Regularly. Rowlett’s HOAs work with us on neighborhood events - fourth of July, fall festivals, movie nights, and end-of-school events at common-area pavilions and amenity footprints. Most require a COI naming the HOA/management company - we pre-file those so your board isn’t chasing paperwork.
Can you support Sapphire Bay events - family days, retail activations, and resort-scale buyouts?
Yes. Sapphire Bay (the Bayside redevelopment) is growing into a major mixed-use destination on Lake Ray Hubbard. We’re set up to handle family days, retail activations, and resort-scale event buyouts there, coordinating COI and access with property management.
What's your cancellation and weather policy?
Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page. Short version: we monitor weather, communicate proactively, and work with you to reschedule or refund when conditions force a change.
