Frequently Asked Questions
What water hookup do I need for a water slide rental?
A standard outdoor spigot within ~75 feet of the setup is plenty - we bring the hose, splitters, and pressure regulators. For larger slides, foam parties, and splash-pad setups we may stage a second spigot or a booster pump; we’ll confirm at the quote stage so there are no day-of surprises.
Do water slides and splash setups need a lifeguard or attendant?
Every water rental ships with a trained attendant for the full rental window - not a certified lifeguard, but a monitor who enforces capacity, age tiers, and slide-down rules. For dunk tanks, corporate foam parties, and large HOA splash events we add extra crew. No water attraction goes out unattended.
What happens if it rains or the forecast turns bad?
Inflatable water attractions run in rain; they do not run in lightning or sustained winds over 20 mph. If the National Weather Service issues an active advisory for your ZIP during your window, we’ll offer a reschedule or credit - no restocking fee. Light Texas summer rain almost never kills a booking.
Are the water rentals safe for toddlers and older kids together?
We tier by attraction. Splash pads, toddler combo bouncers with shallow pools, and slip-n-slides handle ages 2 and up. Larger dual-lane slides and obstacle-course water runs are tuned for 6 and up. Mixed-age parties usually book one of each; the attendant rotates age groups through so nobody gets bowled over.
Can we set up water rentals at a church, HOA common area, or city park?
Yes - every weekend. We carry commercial liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured at no extra cost. Some city parks require advance permitting for water discharge - send us the venue’s rules when you book and we’ll handle the paperwork.
How far in advance should I book a water rental?
June and July weekends fill 4-6 weeks out. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day dates book first - usually by mid-May. Early-season (April-May) and late-season (September) weekends typically have availability 1-2 weeks out. Weekday rentals are almost always available same-week.
